Warwick is a beautiful castle or fortress in England that was built in the medieval. The castle is located in the center of Warwick , on the bend of River Avon,approximately 30 kilometers from Birmingham, England. The town of  Warwick is graced with a wide variety of attractive parks and gardens. The castle was built in 1068 by William the Conqueror and was rebuilt a number of times.

The castle is still an impressive building, entrance gate  with a portcullis, a mill, building palaces and walls. If you enter to the castle, you can see the main hall, armory, chamber and prison. The castle is completed curtain walling and further, much smaller and flanking tower. On the ground of the Warwick castle, you can find two restaurants and the dinning room can be rented for weddings.

It is one of the greatest tourist attractions of England. Windsor castle is an example of sheer magnificence. This castle is about 900 years old, but still it carries its charm in each of its corner. It has been the site of a royal residence for almost 1,000 years, since the time of William the Conqueror.

William’s fortifications consisted of a wooden structure atop an artificial hill. Throughout the history of Windsor Castle other monarchs have put their own stamp on the castle, but the round hill and outer walls are still in the same position as in William’s day. Windsor’s strategic position, 20 miles west of London near the banks of the River Thames, made it an important Norman fortress.
